Software Selection and Oversight Assistance for Shops

Whether you are a small shop, a large shop or a multi-location business, I can help you make the most informed shop managment software purchase decision. I encourage you to select your software through us. When you do, we provide oversight of the entire process, from selection all the way through implementation. We will track the entire process and help you resolve problems. We even contact you later, after you have used the software for a while and evaluate your satisfaction with the solution you selected.

Vendor consulting

If you would like insight on how to create or improve your software products and services I am available to assist you with any aspect including development, database design issues, sales, installation issues, training issues, support issues and evaluations

You can also become a participating vendor and receive reporting on problems and comments we learn about your company and your offerings. Please note we generally will not disclose the specific names of shops and individuals reporting to us without their consent.

Vendor Referrals

Obviously we usually have shops looking for software.  As long as you offer a good product, we can be a source of referrals but we expect you to work with us when someone has an issue.
